Great service. Super friendly and professional. Not only did he pull my car out of a ditch, but then he went across town and pulled my husbands car from a ditch too. Highly recommend.

Seek Help Elsewhere. Car got stuck in a few inches of snow, called State Farm for road side assistance and they hire these guys. Waited over 2 hours for them to never show up. If you're unfortunate enough to have your insurance folks call them to help you or god forbid you call them direct for help you better hope they're not in the middle of another tow job cause they're liable to literally YELL at you as though you have an all seeing eye and know exactly where they are and what they're doing. They never called back and then ghosted entirely. If you actually read your reviews: -Don't pick up if you're busy. Call back later if you can. - Don't yell at customers, ever. - If you can't fulfill a winch/tow job, let folks know so they don't sit out in the cold for hours.

I can't give them 0 star, but I would. I waited in the cold for 3 hours and counting. They never took a phone call or responded to my countless voicemails. My roadside assistance company eventually reassigned me to someone else because they stopped responding to them too. I haven't gotten over the cold I got from waiting in the cold for these people. Even if the service was free, it wouldn't have been worth the hassle.
