I truly can’t say enough good things about Larry Poole’s Wrecker Service. My teenage daughter was stranded on a dark road around 7:00 PM, scared and alone. I was panicking, trying to keep her calm while feeling completely helpless. When I called, Tim Poole answered right away. From the start, he was calm, reassuring, and genuinely kind. He understood how serious the situation was and acted quickly. Within minutes, he was with my daughter, had her car safely loaded, and made sure she was okay. Hearing him talk to her so calmly and tell her everything would be alright meant more to me than I can put into words. Tim took her and the vehicle to the nearest tire shop, but since it was after hours and her father was still over an hour and a half away, I asked if there was anywhere safe and open she could wait. What happened next truly went above and beyond. Tim stayed with her, sitting nearby in his vehicle until her father arrived. This was compassion and genuine care when we needed it most and we will never forget that. Side note: In our panicked state, my husband and I called several tow truck companies to ask how quickly they could get to our daughter. Most were over an hour out and were dispatching people or companies they didn’t even know. Before anything else, they focused on making sure they’d be paid—which I understand—but I needed someone that could get to her quickly. On top of that, they quoted more than double what I was charged by Larry Poole’s Wrecker Services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing service! They were fast, reliable, and showed up without hesitation just to bring me gas.even in the cold. He and his son came out and took care of everything quickly and professionally. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people, not just doing a job. I’m so grateful for their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this towing service!
