My vehicle was towed on a Friday 1/ 30/26 evening and when I called to pick it up, I was told I could not retrieve it until Monday2/2/26 because they “don’t allow pickups on the weekend.” The tow itself was $350, plus $65 per day for storage. I specifically asked if I would still be charged for Saturday and Sunday even though I wasn’t allowed to pick up my car, and he said yes, absolutely, which immediately felt suspicious. When I arrived Monday morning at 10:30 AM to pick up my vehicle, he then told me I was also being charged for Monday. When I questioned why — since I was there picking it up — he gave a nonsense excuse saying that if something had happened to my car that morning, he would’ve been responsible for it. That explanation made no sense and felt like an excuse to squeeze out more money. To make things worse, he said he “could have charged me a lot more for other things” but didn’t, and that I should be happy — as if he was doing me a favor. What exactly could you charge me for besides towing and storage? You towed my car and I picked it up. That’s it. On top of all that, the tow yard is literally behind his house , and online the business is listed as open 24 hours, which directly contradicts what I was told. This entire experience felt misleading and predatory. Be very careful if your vehicle ends up here — the fees add up fast, and the policies seem designed to do exactly that.

Gardner Towing was quick and efficient. Joey was so kind and helpful and very reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anybody needing a tow!

We have had to use Gardner towing a couple times and have been very pleased. One time was a tow from our home to the shop and Joe came and got the car and towed it to the shop while we continued with our day and it was very convenient. We also had a truck break down while we were over an hour away from home on our way to vacation and Joes responded quickly getting our truck to the shop and us back on our plans. Very responsive. Very professional. Very convenient.
