Mark with Hatton’s did everything in his power to make sure we were safe & got our car to the nearest hotel where we could assess the situation & make a plan. He even went to the lengths to put our tire back on our car using a lug nut from another tire so we could get it on a trailer in the morning, which wasn’t easy given the condition of the wheel as a whole. If he hadn’t made the efforts to do that, I don’t know what we would have done! Hatton’s, and Mark specifically, care about their customers & I would absolutely recommend them for any services in this area.

Through AAA we received excellent ser vice from Aaron Rogers. He came quickly and fixed our tire problem. Good Man! Very courteous and helpful to us seniors. Thank you Hatton's for sending him to our rescue.

Nathan has come to my rescue on a couple of occasions now and honestly they couldn’t have sent anybody better! He truly is so sweet, compassionate, attentive, and communication is 100/10. I would definitely recommend these guys since I haven’t had a bad experience yet! Nathan went above and beyond and assured me each time I needed assistance.
