I chose here based on a recommendation from a friend. I am happy I listened. I mostly spoke with Christin and she was a great help! She got my car taken care and some, I got an oil change and my tire fixed and she contacted Chevrolet about a warranty repair for me so all I had to do was call them and schedule an appointment. Costs were a lot lower than anywhere else. I called around for my tire repair and it was a third of the cost at smiths. Highly recommend Smiths Auto.

My families car started misfiring on hwy 74 while we were headed home to Charlotte. Smiths Auto repair was the nearest mechanic. They were hospitable and prompt in service. They immediately diagnosed our car and ordered parts. While waiting, they helped entertain our son with friendly dogs and popsicles. They were able to get our car fixed in ~2 hours and had us back on the road. They charged a fraction of what I might have expected from such great service
