Ben picked up my van when my starter failed. He was professional and knowledgeable. After he secured my vehicle on his flatbed, he allowed me to ride with him to the shop. Safe driver with great conversation. He seems like a good person with his goals clear. I spoke with his Dad later that day when he returned my phone call. Seemed like a people person. My family and I took a trip to Georgia, and on our way back home to Maryland, our car broke down right on the North Carolina/Virginia line. I immediately requested a tow through our insurance and began scrambling to find a repair shop that could help us. Shortly after, the tow company called and after speaking with them, they not only offered to tow us but also to repair our car. It turned out to be such a blessing. They picked us up, made us feel welcomed, and worked quickly to get our vehicle fixed so we could safely continue our drive home. In a stressful situation, their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I Had a flat tire, and Mr. Taylor came out and took care of everything for me through a referral from my insurance company. Mr. Taylor was in contact with me prior to his arrival, arrived faster than I’ve ever had any roadside assistance, (especially AAA!!) and had my tire changed and the flat tire put in the back of my truck in a very short amount of time.
