After we had been stuck in the rain for over an hour, the clients we were guiding on the river called anytime towing without telling us. When their technician pulled up, we had already contacted hattons, and their tech had helped us with our lockout. This was not to the anytime drivers liking and he still charged me 50$ for a call I didn’t even make. We just needed to get in the truck for my wife’s insulin pump. I didn’t know I was going to end up paying for two service calls but I didn’t feel like arguing. Don’t reach out to them if there’s any chance you can fix it yourself, because you will STILL pay.
