My car was towed after an accident, tried to pick it up several times and was denied. I was given multiple reasons for the deniles including "They're out of town", you can't pay and recieve your car, "we have to go through insurance"....etc. They contacted months later trying to charge over $7,000 to release my vehicle. it's still being held by the at a residence, not even at the tow yard.

My wife, daughter and granddaughter broke down while traveling without me! When I was contacted by my wife, naturally I was very nervous and concerned. We called another service number and they were very busy but highly recommended Arlo's. A serviceman from Arlo's was onsite at my family in just a very short time. My wife told me he could tell they were upset and nervous. The tech was very kind and relaxed the issue. The truck was towed to Arlo's shop and repairs were made very quick and professionally. My family was back on the road in no time. Thank you Arlo's team for taking care of my family so nice and professionally!!! I highly recommend this business for your automobile repair needs!!!

I got an accident on the freeway today. Statefarm called a towing company to take my car to a tire and repair shop. We had the pleasure of having James as our tow truck driver! He was so kind, and drove me and my passenger to this tire shop. Turns out it was closed (statefarm sent us there). James was nice enough to drive us back to my house, and take my car back to their tow yard! He was incredible! We felt very safe with him and highly recommend this company!
