FANTASTIC. Because my car was totally disabled and parked on grass to the left of the driveway, it presented a challenge to load it on the flatbed while winching it from the rear. It was skillfully done, with no damage to the car. Thanks so much Anthony H @ Coastal Towing.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are all a bunch of scammers. i used AAA which i have for years and never dealt with anything like this. Before the driver even knew where to tow my car he said i owed 85 how? i have AAA so i call AAA and spoke to an agent and the a senior manager who both told me not to give the driver any money. then i was told its 60 from the driver with no explanation on y he said i just do what im told. so i call aaa again and they personally tell the driver to out my car down which he refused. We call the the tow company and they are just making up different miles first it was 5 miles over then 7 then the owner gets on the phone and says 16. i’m trying to understand y so i ask them to tell me my pick up and drop off location to put in my gps.2 both locations were incorrect. so i tell them the location we are with the driver who still refuses to put the car down. i’m just trying to understand why all these differ by orices and numbers. Then the owner who tells me he’s going to impound my cat and make me pay 280. AAA advised the driver the police were being called and to out my car down he refused. at this point we’re over it i was stuck for 4 hours waiting for costal towing then over and hour and a half trying to figure out what is going on and explain the math ain’t mathing!!!!! So my daughter just gives him the money so he would stop trying to strong arm me! The driver goes to bring my suv off the bed and the bumper is being pulled off we’re yelling for him to stop but he keeps going until half the bumper is off! so i call the police to file report you would think the owner would atleadt be apologetic and maybe realize as an owner they were in the wrong. nope was on the phone with the officer trying to press charges i hear the cop say she did nothing criminal. they made no attempt to make arrangements to fix my bumper or give me insurance info. they bully there customers and then hold your car hostage to get paid what they want! Save yourself money time and definitely a bunch of stress

For a simple tire change, the service was poor.. driver called and said he was 15 min away. 50 min later I was still waiting. Once on location driver didn’t have any tools except a jack. I gave him the tools, removed my tire from under the truck and did most of the work myself. Couldn’t even put air in the spare tire. Also complained with an attitude as soon as he arrived on location.
