From the outside, it looks big like they’re gonna be able to have everything you need But once you walk in, there’s people all over the place who don’t know how to stand in a line so everyone’s skipping over others and then you had one guy who decides to keep his hoodie on like he’s a 16-year-old girl or a fake gangster and not a single person not to mention like 80% of the things that they have there are nowhere close to what you’re gonna get as on the franchise known stores. Everything is basically order and hope that it’s there if not, then go through the junkyard on the side which charges you just to go walk around and see if you can find what you’re looking for then if you do, they’ll let you have the wheelbarrow to go actually get the parts. Bring it back then pay Very unusual experience

I made an online purchase, it took more than two weeks to send me my package, they didn’t give me a tracking number until 3 days before the shipment arrived. The piece I ordered came with some folded parts the customer service was bad they don’t give information of anything and the information it gives sometimes contradicts what other employees tell you, the Clayton office also does not attend the pieces you buy online come from tx that’s why it’s so expensive the shipping they never say anything, they don’t give information about anything

so I showed up to this place looking for a couple of parts for my old betsy not expecting much but as soon as I walked into the establishment I was met by a bit of an odd fella. Casanova took me out back and grabbed some parts - sold them to me for half the price cash. I'm wasn't even sure if he worked there but I knew a good deal when I saw one. 10/10 service and people.
