This was my first time to the Hudson location. I have always went to the Hickory store to purchase my batteries, but they are closed. Very efficient and excellent customer service. The only thing I would do differently, as a business , is to install felt washers and lube. Thank you for the excellent customer service and taking the time to explain things in detail.

Great prices on there batteries. Only thing is that didn’t install mine due to its complexity of it (a Tahoe) but they did have the tools I could do it myself in which I did. The fellow that help was very friendly and pleasant to talk to the kinda of feller that u could sit around and talk to under the shade tree with a cold beer lol. But seriously u need a battery go see them for sure
