I Was the only customer there that morning (probably because it was so early) and they had me in & out in no time. They were absolutely great! They did an excellent job with my car. They asked me questions & checked things that I hadn't seen other places do, it did cost me as much either. I'll be back.

I went there on the 7th during lunch. There was no employee to be seen in the store. When the employee heard me talking to another customer he came storming out 'I'm coming, I am only one person here'. He begrudgingly took the ladies money. When I asked for help that was too much for him. He became very annoyed to the point that I said 'don't bother' and walked out. Please don't leave your standard reply 'That's not the impression we want to leave', your employees need some serious training in customer service. And no i will not give you another chance, O'Reilly across the street was friendly and helpful and will be my go to store from now on.

My husband and I went in to find certain screws for my escalade. An associate name name Robert was very rude and nasty to us. He was not helpful at all. He did not even try to help us. Very very rude and nasty.
