*PSA* If police tell you your car will be towed to this location after an accident, tell them to cancel the call and just call AAA instead. They took forever to make it to the scene, were extremely rude/unfriendly, AND charge almost a $300 fee simply because the police called them and not an independent driver. There’s a clean up fee charged regardless of the condition of the road at pick up and they do not even permit you to assist in anyway to forgo that fee. $650 (and this may have even been after a reduction, as I believe I owed almost 1200 after only 4 days of storage initially. ~1200-250= ~$960) a $150-250 tow service is absolutely ridiculous highway robbery. It proves important to note that they will barely work with you on storage fees despite them knowing that they’ve already overinflated the towing charges, even if you pay in cash. They’ll give you $100 off and act as though they’ve done you the biggest favour. If it’s already too late and your car gets towed here without anyone asking you, GO GET YOUR CAR OUT THE NEXT DAY. The bill will still be almost $700, if not almost $1000. These 5-star reviews must all be family and friends.

I have now used them twice! Absolutely amazing company. 5 stars aren't enough, 100+ stars! Any issues with a car instantly causes a bad day. To have an amazing team that is fast and reliable definitely helps the situation! Highly recommend!
