We needed a hard-to-find part for a fire department vehicle ahead of hurricane Florence. They had it, but we were three hours away and pushing to get to them before they closed. Knowing this, these folks offered to stay late or meet us after closing (though thankfully they didn't have to) and took the time to meticulously compare the parts to make sure we had everything right. Just good, genuine people and I can't imagine you'll find better customer service. Highly recommended!

Red Truck and Plow

WOW! (Best word I could think of) I emailed and also spoke with George about some parts I needed for my M35A2 restoration project. The only thing I can say that is not 100% positive, is that when looking at the website, it does not accurately reflect the inventory or availability of parts. The flip side of that statement is that when I emailed George, he was super friendly and told me what he had on hand and gave me prices right away; and I really appreciate the human interaction over the anonymous internet order. Give them a call or send an email before assuming the website doesn't show what you may need! Not only did he have everything I needed (including what I thought would be really hard to find items), but the prices beat those from anywhere else I could think to look! I am not from the same area, but was traveling through on my way home from visiting family. When I got there in the middle of the rain coming from Hurricane Ian, I was promptly greeted by a very friendly (and adorable) 4-legged customer service representative and George. The gentleman in the warehouse was also really friendly and helped me load everything in my truck and get it covered before I ventured out in the rain for the next 5+ hour trip. They made sure everything was as I expected and that I was satisfied with the parts before completing the sale (which I was), and I was on my way without any issue at all. I am very happy with the condition and quality of the parts I received and will happily return to White Owl when I get to the next steps of my project.

Everything I ordered showed up quick, but a window was broken and I am now out ~175 bucks with tax and shipping on the window. UPS won't cover it because there was not any foam padding between the glass and outside of the box. This must be a reoccurring issue because their website says "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKEN GLASS", but it is still their responsibility to at least package it with thick foam on all sides so it has a chance of surviving. So as a customer you will just be out your money due to poor packaging which is not fair to the customer. I would still recommend ordering parts here, but just not glass.
