I called AAA to get my trailer towed to a repair shop and clearly stated that a roll back was needed. They showed up without a rollback and looks like he just rolled out of a garbage can with how nasty he looked and said was going to try to tow it. The trailer was sitting on the edge of the road and while trying to hook it up he tore my yard all to pieces. I don’t even understand how he got into the yard in the first place and after multiple attempts he says he is going to send a rollback and I state that I wish he would of just sent the rollback in the beginning so he wouldn’t have tore my yard up. He then states your aren’t going to tell me how to do my job and that they weren’t suppose to haul this type of trailer. I told him to leave my property then he refuses to do so and says he can do what he wants. I told him he can stay there if he wants and then threatens me with a weapon saying he “has something for me” but finally pulls off after I say I’m calling the police. I called the main office and they acted like they didn’t care and lied and said they were the only ones that offered AAA in my town which isn’t true. So save your self the trouble and use someone else. Wouldn’t want my wife or kids to have to deal with that type of service at all!!!

They were dispatched from AAA to help me when my car wouldn’t start. They called to let me know they were on the way within 5 minutes and explained that the garage I wanted my car towed to was outside of the range AAA provided for free. When I told them I could not afford for them to tow it that far, he said they were still willing to take a look at it for me. Turns out, it was a starter issue and they were able to get it cranked for me so I didn’t even need a tow. They also waited and made sure I was able to exit the parking lot before they left. They were both very nice & helpful - would give 10 stars if I could.

I'm a Patient Care Technician. I care for Disabled Veterans, and the Elderly. My vehicle got stuck in my back yard, from the rain. I didn't have enough to get a Tow Truck. I called J &T Towing... Mr. Donnie not only called me, and told me he was 2 minutes away. He came, got the vehicle from unstuck in 5 minutes. I had no one else that could help me, and Mr. Donnie was right there. Amazing, clean work. I recommend this Towing, and Recovery to any, and everyone. I give them excellent customer service, and job well done. Thank you Mr. Donnie, and J&T Towing and Recovery.
