Tow truck drivers ripped my bumper off during a service at 2am leaving me stranded in Kitty Hawk (I live 2 hours away)...they are connected to state farm so if you call for service these scammers are who you get. They also took nearly 2 hours to get to me, while thier shop was 5 minutes from where I was. The driver showed up eventually and looked like he just woke up and was in a rush, resulting in the front bumper being ripped off. They told me if I came back to their shop in the morning they could secure it enough to get me home, I thought that was a nice gesture but it was a way for them to denie liability. Wrong move on my part for being trusting and forgiving because they told the insurance they "fixed" my car (they absolutely didnt- it costed 1200 dollars to fix what they did) and now they aren't liable for the damages they did to my car...so be careful getting service done here or avoid it all together. Edit: My car has never been a wreck, ever. My bumper wasnt secured by a tie, IT WAS RIPPED OFF. Your driver showed up, sleepy and in a rush, and I told this man the undercarriage was stuck in the sand due to the deep ruts where the tires are. Instead of listening to me and doing it properly, he tries forcibly pulling my car straight back which results in the damage..the second guy shows up, scolds the first guy and they both start digging the front end out and using the flatbed properly to get my car's undercarriage off the sand. You are absolutely liars if youre saying my car was in a wreck, and scammers for not paying for the damages yall did. And another thing, 20 minutes after leaving yalls shop, my wheel flare starts coming off. I luckily pulled over in time to grab it but as you can see from the pictures, the bumper isnt even in the correct spot. I went DIRECRLY to state farm office and then DIRECTLY to auto body shop so the 1200 is absolutely from damages from what yall did.

We had Seto's Towing and Service Center work on both our work van and our truck, and unfortunately the experiences were extremely disappointing and concerning. The first issue was with our van — they installed ball joints that were so poorly done that they were close to coming off, which could have caused a serious accident and potential injuries. I sent them a video, and although they attempted to fix it, the fact that it happened in the first place was alarming and continued to have issues since they repaired it. Despite that, we gave them another chance with our truck for a front-end alignment, tire mount, and balance. After two days with no updates, I went to the shop myself. I was told the mechanic was on break and would call me back, which never happened. I returned again and was told it needed upper ball joints, and again was promised a call that never came. On my third visit, the story changed to needing both upper and lower ball joints, rear rotors (which were actually still within safe specs), and a rear left seal. In the end, they mounted the tires but never balanced them, and I decided to remove my truck from their care. Edited they charge for mounting and balancing of the tires, they never balanced the tires only mounted them and both upper and lower ball joints are good it was a loose pitman arm. To make matters worse, I overheard the mechanics admitting they had released another customer’s vehicle missing several lug nuts and with a broken stud, and had to call them back immediately to correct it. That alone says a lot about the quality and safety of their work. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Seto's Towing and Service Center. Between the unsafe repairs, lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and careless mistakes, I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle.
