I had the most AMAZING experience at an Auto Parts store today! Matt the store manager was super helpful, I mean went over and beyond to help me today. I initially went in to get a few quarts of oil to add to my engine until I get an oil change, but when I got home I was unable to get the cap off. I called the store to see if they would be able to assist me with the issue and the manager remembered me and told me to bring my vehicle back and he would be more than happy to assist. Not only did he add the oil I had purchased, he checked and said that I should add more oil just to be on the safe side. While I purchased the oil he filled my power steering fluid as well. He went over some issues with my vehicle that caused him some concern and things to look up for myself and to keep in mind. I was very pleased with the encounter that I had at the store and definitely will be going back for any and all Auto care needs. Keep up the great work guys! GIVE LARRY A RAISE — AND FIVE STARS. As for the rest of this location: do better. I walked in and stood waiting with no acknowledgment while three employees were standing at the end of the registers chatting with one customer. Two of them were a manager and a manager-in-training. Meanwhile, Larry had just finished installing two batteries in a Sprinter van. As soon as he was available, he helped me immediately. Even another customer asked, “Is it just you working?!” On top of being a veteran, Larry spent 30 minutes trying to change my low beam light bulb — and he succeeded. Not a single person offered to help him. This location needs serious improvement. Larry is carrying the load. I wish I could respond to your reply, but I can’t. Don’t apologize to me, apologize to Larry.

When you talk about great customer service, this is the place to be. Wayne and Samuel. You went over and beyond for me I have never seen any customer service like this anywhere in my life. Thank you so much for you great service. Friendly support, professionalism, the willingness to step in and make someone feel more like home, it not found in many places, but I have found it yesterday at your store. Even though I live out of town. I would choose to come back anytime for any services that I need. If there is a promotion for professionalism and good customer service. You all deserve it. Thank you again. May this store be filled with more customer than it can ever hold. Thanks again.
