Saturday June 31st I asked the woman at the front desk that they had a transmission for my truck she said yes they could have one pulled Monday June 2nd on June 4th Wednesday I text her and asked her what was going on she said her guy was sick that pulls the transmissions I told her some communication would be nice maybe it wouldn't be this bad didn't hear anything until June 9th Monday I text her asking for my deposit back I understand people being sick and people being out but you have to communicate with your clients especially when they're holding your money also when you tell them the transmissions for a truck that pretty much helps your company run I just think it's sad that I've had to text her every time and ask what's going on and she hasn't said anything...
