Hi, I just wanted to jump on here and give a quick shout out to Annie Cordos, owner and operator of USA Towing Solutions. Let me just back up and say that we are so thankful and blessed that my stepson is safe and okay after his accident two weeks ago on a dark country road. It was very cold, windy and he had low visibility... I will say this with the upmost respect as a woman myself. Annie showed up very quickly that night. When she jumped out of the tow truck, a classy, beautiful woman. To be very honest I was waiting for a man to get out the passenger side of that truck... but no,,, she came and talked to Chris and I, looked at the vehicle and then walked the property to see the best way to get our Pathfinder out of the embankment it was in to get it loaded and out of there. She did just that...... in minutes she had it figured out, loaded and was out of there. The whole process was seamless, she communicated with us over the next few days, and week better than our insurance company did to get us in to clean out our personal items, to tell us where we were in the process with the insurance company, and the process for the car to be picked up to go to auction. I had a chance to talk to Annie Cordos the day that I went over to clean out our car and during that time I got to know a little more about Annie, the company and her late husband. How he taught her everything about running the business before he suddenly passed away. Annie now runs the towing business, she sells real estate, not to mention so much more. She is beautiful, classy, tough, has respect for your time/schedule, and has a heart of gold. I realized all of this just in twenty minutes on the side of the road that cold night when she loaded our car, and during a ten-minute conversation at the tow yard last week. I did not know Annie prior to the accident, we were just lucky that she was on rotation that night for Lincoln County. Thank you, Annie with USA towing, we appreciate you,,, Keep up the great work.
