I first went to Barragan Auto Repair feeling skeptical about bringing in my new to me Range Rover, which I got from my aunt. But wow—when I met the crew and talked to Juan, my opinion completely changed. I loved the people, the environment, and everything about how they manage repairs. I took the Range Rover in for a basic oil change, brought my own oil and filer, and they put it right in without hesitation. They also inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and thanks to them, I found out I needed a few repairs! After the amazing treatment from Juan and everyone there, I started recommending the shop to people I know. They do things the old-fashioned way—it has a homely, trustworthy vibe, and you won’t feel like you’re being scammed. That’s rare in auto repair. It’s hard to find a shop you truly trust, but this one is it for me. I plan on bringing all of my vehicles here from now on.

My alternator died at a gas station near their garage from Charlotte to Wilmington NC, they answered quick, showed up fast, towed the car to his garage, they called and priced the alternator and went and picked it up and installed it in under 2 hours!
