Unprofessional. Scammer. Angry. Rude. Ridiculous pricing. Will never deal with this shop ever again. Craig was ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL in every and any way a person can be! I needed a new tire, he didnt have my size, but he had one that would fit so we got it. The next day, my tire was flat. Apparently the tire he sold me, the stem valve was broken or something so air was leaking out. I have been trying to contact Craig since Sunday... today is Friday, and he has either not answered or when he has answered, he has had the worst attitude and customer service. Oh and another thing, dont listen to the hours he has posted because "nobody tells him when to work.. he works when he wants to work!" (his words, not mine) DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read the reviews... very little people have anything nice to say about this business. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this also.

In shock is all I can come up with. Craig agreed to work on our car knowing it was not an easy fix. He said a few days, suddenly we had to cash app him $150 for a part. It sound urgent so without an invoice or knowing where the part came from we sent him the money. A couple days later we asked if the car was ready, no he threw his back out and hadn’t worked on it for 2 days. My husband reached out again and he just said soon but no definite date. The next day it was suddenly complete and he needed payment asap . It was a lot more then We expected so I asked some questions. Craig became combative, insults and rude obnoxious behavior. And if I wanted an invoice it would be and additional $340! That is insane! So if our car doesn’t pass inspection we have no recourse. Craig confided that he has “issues” perhaps that is why the immediate need for money and anger that followed. Very unprofessional. This ‘business” needs to be shut down.

I will start off by saying, over the past year I've purchased a couple of tires and didn't have any issues. However, I recently purchased a tire last week, the tire had three plugs in it already without my knowledge before buying. Found out quickly about the plugs due to a flat tire the next morning. Contact the person, he stated he knew about the plugs but there was nothing he could do about it. This is poor business, wasted valuable time and money just to be back in the same situation. The inconvenience and how poorly someone does there job can TRULY affect others.
