Dealing with the insurance company was a hassle. Kristen at OIB Collision stepped in and was very persistent, with calls, and texting the insurance company. She got through with a response and payment. My car, a 2014, Toyota Rav-4 looks like it came from the showroom floor, immaculate. I highly recommend this place.
