strongly do not recommend Expert Towing based on my experience. After I was involved in an accident, the State Trooper instructed Expert Towing to tow my vehicle to their yard. I had no issue with that part. However, when I arrived to retrieve my belongings from the vehicle, around 20% of my property was missing. When I asked Mike about the missing items, he told me that he had removed them from my vehicle and placed them in another truck, and that he would meet me later somewhere else to return them. There was no reason for my personal belongings to be taken out of my vehicle in the first place. This incident happened on January 26, 2026, and to this day I still have not received the rest of my belongings. That is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Expert Towing to anyone. Customers should not have to worry about their personal property being removed or going missing after their vehicle is towed. This matter is now being handled through legal channels and law enforcement, and all documentation and evidence will be provided. Based on my experience and the other reviews already posted, I advise people to be very cautious before using this company.

I had my car towed to Expert Auto because it broke down. They helped me find the problem and fix the car. Expert Towing was very good and professional. They were fast and had a good price. Will definitely come back again!
