Horrible service. I guess if you need just a inspection done they seem able and willing to do them in a timely manner. That's only positive thing I can say about this place.after paying 80 bucks for me to lift my hood a have some one walk over and glance over it for 10 seconds was told car needs the have waterpumb replaced.15mins later with estimated price of 1100 was told could probably have done by end of day.i said i wanted to check around for pricing. Then decided to go with them after buying the new waterpumb myself because I was charged 379.for waterpumb from them. So I got one myself for 120.oh but was still charged 10 more for labor because not part from them. Said to drop off in two days and should be done on r3d day.....after 5th day got car back to take to some where that would actually do the work. This was the most unprofessional experience I had with any business in few years. I don't understand why was treated so poorly. Stressful as hell to suddenly have a 1200 repair bill come up but on top of that I depend on my car 100%to make money so I also lot 5 day's work unbelievable. I would be able to understand some what if they were busy or working hard SMH but completely the opposite. Don't waste your time and money with them for anything mabe if you really need inspection they can manage that but that's it guess they helped me little bit after getting screwed around for a week with nothing to show except bills. Went down street dropped car off and picked up noon next day for only 800

The staff was great, I needed my vehicle inspected so I could transfer my vehicle registration to Brunswick County. They did a great job and had me on my way in no time. They will be my go-to place from now on.

I needed my car inspected so I went right over and the lady there is so nice I wish I asked her name. She got me in right away and 5 minutes later my car was done. Great prices and very honest and friendly people here. She told me to wait inside the office and the A/C was blasting and such a comfy couch I was about to hang out all day lol. She told me they are busiest on Mondays and Fridays so if you can go during the week you will likely be in and out. I won't let anyone else touch my car and I'll always be back.
