He' s also a landlord . He owns the trailer park on 118. He's allowing his tents to stay in roach-infested homes. You have to keep bombing every week to be able to live. Then when me and my kids moved out he kept my deposit. Mind you I was never late on rent.

Paint job was great, but where it had to blend in the area was darker. They tried to fix it 3 different times and finally said the couldn't or wouldn't do anything else. Then said he was gonna pay me for the paint , but I haven't seen that either. Lesson learned!!
