I called Meineke After a few fails of a local mechanic. Meineke was able to work me in on the same day. They troubleshot everything that I had concerns about And more. Their price was fair and I really did appreciate them Working me in on a Monday morning. I Had forgotten what a smooth ride felt like, I didn’t even have to turn on my radio full blast To muffle the noises. I highly recommend Meineke.

Best service ever. We broke down late in the afternoon while grocery shopping. From what we observed we figured we had an alternator problem. Not knowing what services were in the area were fortunate to find this Meinike and contacted them. Dave said to bring it right in and they would get right on it. We got a quick tow approximately 3:30 and were taken right in. Tests were run and it was determined the alternator and battery were bad and a belt also needed replacement. We figured it would have to stay overnight and started making arrangements for a rental car. Dave said don’t worry we’ll get it done before closing at 6. And sure enough unless than 2 hours we were back on the road heading home to put our groceries up. They made what would normally turn out as a miserable ordeal quite bearable and accommodating. We even got to watch a great movie in the waiting area. Anyone in this area that need vehicle service I highly recommend going here.

Took my car in for a regular oil change and they later tell me that my oil plug is stripped and that I will need to replace the whole oil pan. When really I do not have to go the expensive route and spend $1500 on an oil pan I could spend $15 on and Heli-Coil and get it fixed. Every time I go their, they change the price from what was told to me, and when I sign to when I go and pay. They always come back and give new problems on my car and try to charge me more money. One of the worst shops in NC you can take your vehicle to get checked and fixed.
