⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were driving from Raleigh to Topsail Beach when, near Warsaw, the check engine light came on and our car started jerking and making strange noises. I called Carroll’s Service and they told us to bring the car in so they could take a look. They quickly hooked it up to their diagnostic computer and found the problem — a misfire in the 3rd cylinder. They ordered the replacement part (ignition coil and spark plug), which arrived in about 15–20 minutes, and installed it right away. In less than 45 minutes total, our car was running like new again! Super fast, professional, and friendly service. They truly saved our beach day! Thank you so much — definitely 5 stars!

I just had a tire blow out on me yesterday on the highway and had my roadside assistance tow me to Carroll’s. They were so kind and helpful when my tow truck showed up at the end of their day. They got me in super early today and had it fixed in no time. They also patched my old spare tire. I was back on the road in no time. They were so helpful despite my family and I having a bit of anxiety because that’s just the type of of people we are haha! They are a good, hard working family with great mechanics behind them. 10/10 would recommend!

Not very friendly mechanic. I stopped in just before they opened at 8am because my engine light came on coming to work there was already some staff there working on vehicles so I asked if they could slip me to check why the engine light came on. He didn't have a very nice personality and brushed me off and told me to make an appointment. I won't be using their service after the rudeness of the mechanic. Word of advice don't get into costumer service if you can't be personable to a potential customer in need.
