Rude customer service. Went back on their word. Promised to return a part that we were sold if it didn't work. Nothing wrong with the part, they wouldn't even begin to work with us even though they promised that we could return it within 30 days. We had the receipt in hand. Not how a business should treat another business. If you or an employee makes a promise, you should honor it. Will definitely recommend everybody takes their service elsewhere.

Just had to have them come and tow my car. They were very fast and professional. Would give them a 10 if possible!!! Thanks for making a crappy day a little easier!!!

People were rude and told me I was a lair. Told me that they would not release my car even though there was no hold on it. They acted like I was dumb and tried to tell me how to drive. They even called the people I was with to confirm what I was saying was true. When they finally showed up to give me the car it was not the right one, not even the same make. I even called the next day to try to make a complaint and discuss the situation. The lady apologized and said she would take care of it but was rude and kept cutting me off.
