I want to say thank you to Mike for helping me finally fix my thermostat issue with my eco sport. This was the fourth time I had to bring my car in this year alone to fix this and Rigsbys was the place to do it. The first three times I took it to old bombers exhaust under new ownership of Devon. I paid over 1k for bombers to originally fix it only to drive it out of there and the engine light was still on and not heating up. Devon told me it wouldn’t hurt to drive it around and I brought it back to him a second time and they looked at it for hours and said there was nothing wrong with it and that they fixed it already. Sure enough a month later my car broke down with my kids and we had to have it towed. I called Devin’s shop and demanded I paid 1k for it to be fixed there and it was going to get fixed there. Finally after the third time and a couple months down the road my car engine still not heating up I said I will never bring my car back to Devon’s shop. Rigsbys didn’t charge me as much as Devin did. But it’s a shame because I had to use my Christmas money saved up and plane trip money I was going to use to go see my son this year in Florida to fix a problem I already paid someone initially to fix and now I’m out of 1k. Further more bombers tried to tell me after I called and asked for a refund that since the company was in transition of ownership they never had record of working on my car at all. So they weren’t technically legally responsible. I was vivid. Good thing I kept the receipts and proof I physically brought my car into them just for them to steal my money and not fix it. Don’t waste your money going to all elite what ever it’s called now. Rigsbys did me right they actually fixed it and even explained that bombers put on the wrong thermostat on my car in the first place. I’m just upset how devons shop did me dirty. I will more than likely be suing them. I will for now on be bringing my vehicle to Rigsbys for better service. Thanks again for finally helping me fix my car.

Family and I were on our way for a camping trip when the truck broke down. We stopped at a couple places with no luck. It was getting late so was hoping it was something I could fix after getting it diagnosed at a local auto zone but could not. Thankfully auto zone recommended Mike who was able to help. I can’t say enough about Mike and his staff. Went above and beyond to help us out. We left the truck with him and was able to still enjoy our camping trip. He had our truck fixed in no time and able to tow our camper back home with no issues. Thanks again Mike!

Bought a new-to-me car a couple months ago and had some issues pop up. Called Mike and he was able to get my car in and not only fixed the original issue, but researched and found a solution so my air conditioning would work rather than shutting part of it off! Rigsby's Auto was able to fix what the dealerships in Findlay lied about. He went above and beyond to research and find a part. Prices were very reasonable and he kept me informed about the progress. Highly recommend!
