Had to have my car towed a few days after the winter storm. Rodger (tow truck driver) was kind, courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even in the midst of what I'm sure had been a crazy few days, he acted with the utmost professionalism.

I was unfortunate enough to hit a deer the other day and a driver from Glenpool Wrecker happened to drive by. He pulled over to check on me. He took a look at my wheel well and made sure no fluids were leaking before blocking traffic with his truck so I could safely pull back on to the road. Their location doesn't work for me for the repairs, but I still wanted to give that driver kudos! I'll certainly keep their company in mind in the future!

I recently used their services through AAA, and I must say, I was treated terribly. The tow truck driver kept yelling instructions at me while I was in my hot car with the windows up. To make matters even worse, he yelled at me when I put the windows down to hear his instructions, telling me things would fly out. As if I would be foolish enough to do that. I strongly advise you to get your employees in check. There are people who rely on these services, and I wouldn’t recommend using them if you don’t want to be subjected to such rude behavior.
