I took my full-size SUV from a foreign manufacturer in for diagnostic on a loud grinding that could be easily reproduced during normal driving conditions. First time around they couldn't find anything wrong and said they weren't able to replicate the issue. I came back weeks later for round #2, this time they pulled the oil pan and said that they found metal particles(200k on the engine, of course there's some metal in the pan) and the engine was going to self-destruct in the near future and the vehicle was not safe to drive. Took it to the dealer and they identified the issue and now my car runs and sounds like it did when I rolled off the lot the first time. This shop seems to lack experience with certain makes/models and instead of training techs with new knowledge they just make up a diagnostic for vehicles they don't want to work on. This shop has gone downhill over the years.

i love these guys theyre always so helpful one time there was an issue with my lower control arm, it was making a lot of noise when i was turning and i took my car in just for an oil change and they must have tighten up the bushing or something but now theres no noise and the steering is fine. probably still have to replace it but they added some time on that for me at no charge.

Do NOT bring your vehicle here! That this place is still in business is a testament to what purchasing a pre-existing company with a good reputation can do for the unscrupulous. We had our SUV towed here after an accident that did nearly $10k (!) in mechanical damage. They had the vehicle a full month doing repairs, which included them shattering the back window while the car was stored on their lot and then trying to get me to pay for half (lol?) before backing off and paying for it. I still had to disassemble the hatch and vacuum out the glass as whoever they had repair it did no cleanup at all. The people at the office (besides Lisa) were consistently rude, unknowledgeable, and unhelpful, even telling us our vehicle was ready at one point and then refusing to hand over the keys once we arrived as they 'hadn't yet received the insurance check and they didn't trust the insurance company (State Farm, mind you) to send it' even with an e-mail confirmation. They kept it an extra week. After all these headaches, I still had to take it to a different shop to get the rest of it repaired and paid for it out of my own pocket. They had missed a completely broken-in-two motor mount on the passengers side (see attached picture). The motor itself was noticeably sagging on that side, and the (competent) mechanic I took it to was flabbergasted that anyone who had looked at the car at all could have missed it. Unless you or your wallet are masochists, avoid this place. And tell your grandma and everyone else you know to avoid this place.
