Avery Towing is always my first thought when I need roadside assistance. They go above and beyond. Not only did they show up quickly, but helped tightened the battery cables on my vehicle and it was in my driveway by the time I got home from work. No one likes to be a damsel in distress, but I’m so thankful for this reliable company that is always kind and professional when I need help.

This company was called to take a job to tow my car by a nearby shop. It was myself, my wife and my 4 year old in the car in 30 degree weather. We were told at most a 30 minute wait. We waited 4 hours before finally just driving on the mostly flat tire to the tire shop nearby. I called more than 7 times to both the driver and the company with no response. This was by far the WORST experience with any sort of towing company I have ever had. If 0 stars was possible it would have been 0 rather than 1.

Never arrived for the tow despite assuring they would be there. Then there were constant updates "another 5 minutes" "another 10 minutes". Hours later I gave up waiting. If you have the option for someone else, take it. You might actually get help.
