Update 6/24/25 Movedy rating to 4 stars.. I really like having this local autoparts store. The employees are generally very helpful. And they tend to have most of my necessary parts in stock. Update 12/26/24 Reduced my star rating from 5 to 1 based on the recent experience my mother had.. I sent her to O'Reillys to buy a headlight bulb and have it installed as she was on her way out of town for Christmas.. The young lady that sold her the bulb did her best to replace it but had some trouble and couldn't complete it.. Upon asking the store Manager for help, mom was told that he wasn't coming outside to help, leaving her on her own. My mother is a senior citizen with mobility issues and this kind of treatment really irritates me. I called the store to voice my concerns, speaking to the manager. He confirmed that they do sell bulbs and offer free installation.. He claimed to be tied up at the moment; according to mom he was watching YouTube videos. Smh I was able to quickly change the headlight bulb and send her on her way. Oct./Nov. 2024 I absolutely love having this hometown O'Reillys, we've needed a local parts store for years! Thank youu O'Reillys!
