Always clean , well organized, sometimes all bins are full, especially after holidays and weekend. BUt they are quickly replacing full with empty bins .

I am leery of putting paper in our rollout recycling bin so I keep our paper recycling in large paper bags to bring here. The Google search states that batteries are recycled here but the website states batteries are no longer excepted.
