Called this morning at 7:40 asking for a tow as my tire had blown, I was told an hour wait and called an hour and a half later and he said it would only be few as he was about to head my way, fast forward to 10:30 my car is rear ended and totaled by another driver, had I just went with my instincts and pushed the car to best of my capabilities with only three wheels maybe I would still have my car. Keep in mind I’ve only had this car a little over a year and was absolutely in love with it, good to know to never trust this company for help again

Let me start by saying if you ever need a tow this is the service to go with! There was an abandoned vehicle buy my business and I had called four different services and was turned down by all of them. They all had excuses as to why they could not perform the duties asked. However, American Tow and Recovery came without question. They were prompt and on time. the tow truck driver was super courteous And very professional. She was in and out within 15 minutes. He did such a good job I felt it was my duty to write the best review that I could. I'm not embellishing anything and I am not exaggerating. This company is top-notch and I feel as if people should know that so I am using my power as a five-star Google reviewer for good!

It’s awfully ironic that your employee is texting and driving with a big sign on the back of his rig that says “Move Over” yet he’s doing 65 in a 75 in the LEFT LANE making traffic go around him to the right. The irony is impeccable.
