While moving cross-country with my wife, son, two GIANT breed dogs, a cat, and two parakeets sardined in our truck while pulling a loaded trailer, we blew a brake line at 2AM on a Monday morning. At 8AM I started calling every repair shop within 20 miles. NOBODY would help. Finally I was referred to Blaine's. Mr. Blaine welcomed a weary and stressed family, stopped everything they were doing, and got our vehicle right in. An hour and a half later and we were repaired and back on the road! We were literally stranded. Mr. Blaine has restored my faith in humanity, which was sorely tested at the moment. I even had a chance to talk with Mr. Blaine's 92 year old father, a Korean War Veteran, and an absolute hoot! I commended him on the values instilled in his son. Unbelievable service, courtesy, and professionalism! We are now safely in Kentucky. Thank you so much!

Mr. Blaine's Auto Repair and Towing responded to my Roadside Assistance call through the Budget Rental at the Philadelphia International Airport. He responded himself to my call, arriving around 10pm, to jump start the rental car after the battery died. When the car battery wasn't taking a charge properly, he determined it was a bad battery and advised me to call Budget Roadside Assistance again at 8am the next morning and request a replacement vehicle or a new battery. He was honest, courteous, said professional. I appreciated his help and assistance greatly. I would recommend his auto repair and towing business to anyone living in the area.
