Had a great experience at this small, family owned dealership in the Pittsburgh, PA adjacent town of Castle Shannon. The company has been in business for 4 decades. Currently a father and son operation at this, their second car lot/location. Brian Martin is taking over the business and he and his father Butch did their best to ensure I was satisfied with my 2017 Mini. I am an hour away from the dealership and so this was a transaction made at the dealership. All went well, with honest, upfront dealing through the entire experience. No excuses, pressure or attempt to sell anything but the car itself. The car was all they described and we made the deal. I picked the car up a few days later and it was ready to go, with a full tank of gas and a 30 day, 1000 mile guarantee. A refreshing car buying experience.
