I was having a problem with my driver's window not rolling up all the way. It would stop intermittently. I took my car to Meineke in Castle Shannon, and they said it only needed lubricated. They did that and they didn't even charge me. That was so wonderful and unexpected. No greed there!!!

I can honestly say that the work done on my wife’s Honda Element was really five star work. They fixed everything, the muffler, side mirror, front struts, mounted 4 new tires and changed all the fluids.(the car sat for a year because my wife was very sick) My only complaint is they replaced the hood release but I can not get it to open. Seems like the cable was shortened during repair. I’m not gonna use any tools to get the cable to open the hood latch as that is how another mechanic broke it to begin with. Meineke did a great job the car runs like new. I called the service shop and have an appnt next week to get the hood release fixed. The staff at this location is really above and beyond. The mechanics did excellent work, I was called above the additional work the car needed to pass inspection. The prices for all the parts was reasonable, labor cost industry standard. Plus they changed all the fluids and only charged me for the stuff they used. If I have problems with this or another car I would definately go back to the Meineke shop In Castle Shannon PA.

I honestly love this place! 2 years ago, I went to get my oil changed and they found an abnormality in my tire. I was going on vacation the next day and taking my car. Crystal called around and went above and beyond to find me a new tire in short notice. She is AMAZING!! Fast forward to this week, I made an appt to get my oil changed and I thought I needed brakes. They easily could have changed my brakes but they told me I didn’t quite need them yet and I’m good for about 6 more months. They are so honest there and thorough and helpful. I’m sure I can get serviced somewhere cheaper but they have my business for life!
