Wonderful customer service on the phone before scheduling appointment to get my car towed. Decent pricing, In the gentleman that came out to get my car was absolutely wonderful as well very kind. Very informational. Explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, which was a stress reliever for me. Highly recommend if you ever need a tow you call Bakers. They are great people.

I usually don't review anything unless I get 5 star or 1 star service. Normally, I fix my own cars if I can. I don't put much trust in too many mechanics. My wife's car wouldn't start and it was not at home. Late night I determined it to be the starter motor.no big deal but a major inconvenience since I work all day and can not call off work. Had my stepdaughter call around and find someone local who would tow the car to their shop and get the starter changed. I was not really in a place to spend much money and I don't think many people are. Baker and Son towed the car and the price was affordable. My wife was with the car and guess what, the driver was friendly and properly got the car on the rollback. Not sure yet where most of the other reviews say that everyone is rude. Car was in the shop I was quoted a price and it was affordable and I was happy. Car was ready sooner than promised. They kept the old starter and showed it to me and let me know what was done and why, I didn't even have to ask. I was able to pay cash and I got a good discount for using cash. Let's keep cash alive. In closing I have to say Baker and Son is high on my recommended list now. Great fast affordable service. I was not mistreated and no one was rude, including my wife who was alone at the time. Great job !
