Tony and the crew at Steve Shannon are reliable, trained, experienced and trustworthy. Last weekend I ordered an upgraded battery for my 4Runner and it was ready the next morning. The front desk folks listen, offer their professional opinions and will pull the service techs in for questions or details. No surprises. Fair pricing. Work done right. They do SO much more than just tires- Why go elsewhere?

Had to explain to individual at the counter that my vehicle (2022 Ram 2500 6.4) did not require emissions. Had I not explained I would have been charged for emissions that I did not need. Also had a scheduled appointment for 0730 for the inspection, arrived on time and had to wait a hour as a walk in that arrived just before me went ahead of me. Not sure why a walk in would get priority over a scheduled appointment.

Great experience.. A employee is formally know ad tire daddy is at this location.. Great place overall Clean Have access to wifi Seating TV and tables They do offer different services other than tires I am here today for a inspection including the sticker for emmison 83$ Not bad and in a timely manner They do schedule or do walk ins Scheduling is a must for me Thank you for ur service!
