I purchased a vehicle Dec 4th 2024 and was told all the vehicles are check and in good shape. We were told they do not do a carfax report because it cost money. Instead they gave their report. On June 29th 2025 only approximately 6 months later the engine seized in the vehicle. The engine, turbo, battery, alternator, wastegate actuator all have been replaced and the vehicle is still not fixed. It has been a dealership being fixed for the last 4 months. I am pretty disappointed and irritated that after 6 months, the vehicle had major issues. Their extended warranty was so expensive, upwards of 5 grand on a $15,000 vehicle that was purchased and not financed. Definitely do research and have a mechanic look over ANYTHING purchased from here.

Don't recommend them anymore, 2ND truck I've bought from them in about 10yrs. The first one was excellent, never had any issue with it, ran that for over a 100k miles. Just bought a 2019 Ford Ranger XLT Saturday, big mistake. Test drive I had to stop and add air in front steering tire it was flat. I said something to Brian when I got back, his statement was " oh ya tires go flat from sitting around we had to pump a couple up to move them". No, the don't just go flat from sitting around, not just one tire! Since I've bought this truck, I have fixed that tire that somehow kept going flat, obviously a screw was in it. I've had to replace the low beam lights because obviously they didn't care the covers where not even on the back keeping moisture out, just laying down there collecting dust. Somebody add those stupid illegal blue bright bulbs. In the process I noticed the radiator was covered in debris, just caked on. So they cleaned the top part of the engine all nice and clean but didn't care about the actual part nobody notices. I decided I better pull the air filter since they stated the truck was serviced, air filter was covered in feathers, dirt and everything else. Signed contract stated transmission was working good, 38-40mph it starts shuddering. They also touched the rust on door to cover it up on a gloomy day. Really noticable on a sunny day. Spare tire was lock had to punched out with hammer and cut the spare tire off because the chain rusted fast. They said they inspected truck, went over truck, and everything was in operational order. If that wasn't dishonest. They don't even know what "line guiding" for newer vehicles is but listed it first on the vehicle paper and it doesn't work. I have all pictures of everything, and pictures prove everything.
