Be very careful with this place ⚠️ My car was towed right as I was leaving for vacation, so I couldn’t pick it up until I got back. When I went to get it at 3:25 PM (they say they close at 4), no one was there. I had to return the next day, and they still charged me for that extra day — even though it was their fault for not being open during posted hours. On top of that, they only accept cash, which they don’t tell you ahead of time. I had to scramble to pull together $2,450 in cash just to avoid being charged another day. No cards, no transfers — nothing. When I first called, I was told the storage fee was $65 per day. But when it was time to pay, they said the normal rate is $95, and that — because of the inconvenience the day before — they were “only” charging me $65. It felt like the price was changed at the last minute and the explanation was just to justify it. The whole experience was stressful, Just know what you’re getting into if you end up here.
