Greenwood Auto provides reliable service, they’re transparent, and fairly priced! This has been my go-to auto shop. John is excellent. He always addressed all of my concerns and was happy to answer any questions I had. Never had any problems with their service. They quoted me work ahead of time so I could prepare for upcoming services. I felt very comfortable here. Can’t recommend them enough.

Service was okay but I gave one star because they definitely got over on me. My window got stuck because the control switch on the drivers side stopped working when my window was down. They charged me $150 to put my window back up then told me it was going to be an additional $800 or more to order the piece and put it back in. I left and I went to a more reputable shop in my area and he quoted me a little over $300 but also told me all I had to do was order the part off Amazon and do it myself. Which I did and it works just fine. I get businesses want to make money, but my issue was easily fixable and costs me less than $50. Imo, the associates lack integrity & I will not be returning
