He went above and beyond to guide me on how to replace the battery. This is just one example of the great service I receive whenever I need auto parts or support. So I had a miracle happen just over the last couple days and received a p0017 error on my OBD2 which was low oil pressure and sludge. possibly timing chain and cam\crank sensor... well I bought the high mileage Advanced seafoam and let it run for about 100 mi and my warning light went off! The manager and associates made a great recommendation and save my vehicle from a $2,500 repair.... according to Murrays Auto Lansdale they wanted to put a new engine in and said it was too late after 21000 miles no oil change.
