Had my car for 10 days, no calls in progress unless I made them! Left my car near garage entrance and splattered with some kind of gook! Needed water pump installed.....told them that I would get it along with whatever they needed, said parts were ordered on the 7th day!!!! NEVER HAPPENED!!!!
