I came to Bergey’s Chevrolet with a clear issue that should have been covered under warranty. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem and honoring the warranty, Mike started pushing for unrelated paid services, claiming the issue was something else entirely. I trusted him at first — he sounded confident and convincing. But in the end, the actual problem was never fixed, and the warranty work was simply denied without proper justification. To make things worse, Mike later acted like he never said what he clearly told me before. He outright lied to my face, pretending to forget our previous conversations. I felt manipulated, misled, and scammed. They charged me money for work that didn’t solve the problem. The issue remains, and I wasted time, money, and energy — all because of Mike’s dishonesty. ❗ If you’re looking for honest service — this is not the place. Mike does not stand behind his word, and he clearly put profit above integrity.
