Because I have a old car maybe they don't want to spend time doing quality work. Of the several things I paid to have repaired one of them which is head gasket still leaking oil from the sides and bolts that hold the valve cover. My bill was roughly 2k. Better i had do it myself to get the same results and cost me less. I know it's leaking because I wiped it with a tissue and more oil leaked through. These days it's hard to find honest workers everywhere.

My experience with North Penn was Great they took great care of me and my family day one they took their time to identify the issues with my truck heating system. After Ardmore VW dealership lied and acted like nothing was wrong with my car I drove around for 6 more weeks with no heat in freezing cold with young children. But North Penn VW team did and impeccable job and Found not 1 not 2 but several issues and repaired them all and gave us a new loaner as well to drive while they did the work I will forever be grateful. I have health issues and the cold makes it hard for me and they have no idea how grateful I am THANK YOU SO MUCH NORTH PENN VW they will get all of my business and I will send everyone I know there
