Harbor freight has become my go-to for any tools needs I have. The prices are exceptionally good and the quality of product has been excellent. I was dubious of how good the products could be considering they were so much less than other.big box stores, but I've had several tools for a couple of years and they are still working as good as when I got them

I came into the store Thursday morning and I have to say things in there seem to be changing. I noticed a new store manager it was a Hispanic looking guy in the store and was greeted instantly. He seemed very nice and helped me get what I needed immediately. I was hesitant about returning to this store because of a previous experience, but now after this experience I will definitely will be returning to harbor freight for all my tool needs. It’s hard to find good help these days excellent job to that young man for such dedication to his customers.

Quick trip for the spouse. He couldn't go but still wanted the Inside Track Club deal before the end of the weekend. App was helpful finding a few items (aisle number). Store associate also very helpful when I couldn't locate one of the other items on the list. Gentleman at checkout also very friendly & welcoming to just about anyone entering the store.
