I've been going to Bentley's for years, and have enjoyed both the old owners and the new ones. I was very excited for this young couple to come in and take over. They are very nice people. Sometimes, though, they seem to lack basic business acumen and professional service. Largely around communicating days they will be closed, if different from their normal hours. If they choose to take extra time for a holiday or vacation, there is no explanation, no sign on the door, nothing. And no notice of when they will return. And people and local business who rely on their regular hours are left hanging. It saddens me to make the choice, but after happening more than once, I had to switch to a more professional and reliable shipping hub. Its worth the longer drive.

A hidden gem located in Chalfont that pretty much does it all. I stopped by to ship out a package which can be overwhelming at times, but the wonderful staff members were so patient and gave me the comparison between the fastest options versus the lowest price with tracking. They also accept Amazon returns with the printed label, NOT the QR code. They also do title transfers and car registration renewals pretty much for most vehicles. I came in for a title transfer and was in and out within less than 15 minutes, I was worried it would take hours. Overall they provide great service and it’s wonderful to support your local business.

Stopped in to get some paperwork notarized and take care of my vehicle documents. The staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. While I was there, I noticed several repeat customers who clearly had a great connection with the staff. It gave the place a personal, community feel! It’s nice to see a business that combines professionalism with personal connection.
