After the accident, I was scared and unsure of what to do. They came quickly to the scene, towed my car, and gave me a ride back home. They could not have been any nicer and more helpful. I have never felt such comfort and help in receiving a service. They treated me so kindly and were so very helpful. My husband and I stopped to help a woman who avoided a car crash only to be stuck in the snow at the opening of an auto parts store. While we pushed and she tried to gas it her car kept going into traction control and just burried. We decided to just run in the store and buy a chain to pull her out ourselves. Luckily this company (2 men) came and helped my husband push this poor woman, and got a chain and pulled her out today. I just had to come leave then a review because while we turned around and went to help, they did too and I couldn’t be more thankful for this young lady. Any towing I need in the future will be done by JNS and I’ll recommend them to anyone I see needing help. Thank you for being a wonderful part of this community. I hope that lady are it the rest of her way home safe!
